Easter Weekend

Saturday was our sixth anniversary. Hard to believe it's been that long! It's gone by so quickly. Here's the rundown of those 6 years: we've moved 7 times, had 3 kids and bought a house! It's been a busy six years with more busy times ahead I'm sure. We went to Prattville Saturday to do a little shopping and have lunch. We had a good time. We did not make it back in time for the church Easter Egg Hunt though. We came home and rested and had pizza for dinner and dyed Easter Eggs. My husband seems to think that the Easter Bunny won't come if you don't dye eggs. While he dyed eggs i did baths. We put the kids to bed and did the Easter Bunny thing and went to bed. The Easter bunny had to hide things from Elizabeth since she comes down stairs in the night and sleeps on the love seat. We got the kids up early and did the bunny thing and got ready for church. Worship was awesome! It always is, but it was really good this morning. When we got home from church the Easter bunny had come back and hid eggs all over the house (by Easter bunny I mean Aunt Nandie, Nanna and Michael). They hid 92 eggs all over the house. They were inside, outside, up high and down low! The kids had a great time. When we went outside there was a note from the Easter bunny. Pluto had somehow gotten away (he went to live at Nanna's) but he replaced Pluto with a baby bunny that Elizabeth has named Nibbles. Sarah Grace and Cole aren't sure what to think about Nibbles and they don't quite understand that Pluto is not here anymore. Elizabeth did, but I think she's ok with it now. After the egg hunt we ate a wonderful lunch and had naps!
What a wonderful Easter Weekend!
